Afghanistan suffers from prolonged drought. In the NW rural Turkmen villages it's a very rear sight to see any kind of water but in a tea cup. This village, after a long campaign managed for one week to get water from the river channeled to them. it's 45C and everyone is welting, including this horse, who in spite of everyone's protest decided to take a dip. By the way things go, this water won't last .
