Dust storm maker

Sometimes, when we can't find water or water comes salty even though we drill deep wells, we help the villagers to build water storages. They provide the labor and boy, they work hard and fast. With shovels, they dig deep craters, which will eventually become their water storage. This man looked like he was stirring up yet another dust storm.
