When I asked our Turkmen friend to help me to find turkey (s) for our Thanksgiving dinner, that wasn't what I had in mind. But, in absence of a Butterball, these turkeys will do just fine. Few years ago, I would be tempted to adopt them as pets, but things are different now; less sentimental.

Natalia, I have just discovered this photo site and your photos. I have started here and worked my way back to early September. Your photography is excellent in composition and in capturing the story. Your captions are perspective and very insightful. I am not able to make comments on each of your wonderful photos, but they are all excellent. They are very descriptive of the country and the people. Thank you so much for sharing them with us.
