Canal Street boysPosted by Natalia (Kabul, Afghanistan) on 9 October 2007 in Lifestyle & Culture and Portfolio. Once I saw these boys were trying to kill a puppy in the river. My heart went out for the poor pup, but then I felt that I should be crying for these boys, because it's not a natural thing for boys killing puppies. These boys were victims of war and poverty, and they didn't know anything better. So, my husband and I befriended them. They were children, who needed to be loved.
