@kairospix: Thank you, Kairospix. Almost all NGO workers, who are not local, are volunteers. People who came to make money, usually leave after 6-12 months, They say it's not worth it. To work here, one must have higher motivations than material ones. Those Koreans are courageous people, and they love this country enough to come and work under such conditions. But don't loose heart - good always wins over evil.
