It is often in Kabul, one would encounter children begging on the streets. Some people get annoy with them. But they... just children, who want to be loved and being protected. But wars and poverty stole this God's given rights from them. So, they live on the streets and they beg for food.

@Dimitrios: There are many orphans, but they live with extended families. They could be refugees. Thank you, Dimitros! Our internet is down, so I don't get 'out' much.
