I can't say much about this old lady, but that she had this beautiful spirit about her. Bless her heart!

@Seraphine: It is hard to say over here how old people are. Many years of wars and the harshness of life make people look older than they really are. Still, they faces have so much character and speak of incredible resilience. Thank you for your comment, Seraphine!

Whatever her age, this woman has seen much of life and her face reflects not only life's ravages, but even moreso, its wisdom and grace.

@Viewfinder: Thank you Viewfinder! She is one of the poorest villages in the NW of Afghanistan, where is no water, electricity, doctors, schools... And yet she managed to keep her dignity and grace.
