@travelingrant: Thanks, Travelingrant! I have to take a look at my photos if I have a picture. Tomorrow we are going to visit another village, and I take a photo of the food they produce in these outdoor kitchens. It's usually rice dish, or pilaf as it's called here and may be some veges.
